Mark H. Janofsky
Vice President Finance and Controller

Mark Janofsky has over 30 years experience as a financial executive and corporate controller, primarily in the pharmaceutical, electronics and merger and acquisition sectors. He previously held the position as Controller for Esprit Pharma where he assisted the CFO and was responsible for analysis, banking relations, audits, supply chain accounting, CMS compliance and managed care strategizing and reporting. Before that, Mark severed in a similar capacity at ESP Pharma, a specialty pharmaceutical company acquired in 2005. Prior to ESP, he was engaged as a controller/forensic accountant for Galderma US, a subsidiary of Nestle, SA, where he installed controls and reporting protocols to monitor CRO and internal product development. Previously, he had joined Roberts Pharmaceuticals as Corporate Controller, tasked with public reporting and implementing operational controls. He was also key member of the Roberts' financial turnaround team from 1996 through 1999 and also served on the management team for the merger of Roberts into Shire plc in 2000. Earlier in his career, he joined defense contractor Nytronics/Struthers-Dunn and rose through the ranks, serving a dual role as Controller for two $70 million electronics divisions as well as managing the CFO functions for the parent entity, a conglomerate, which had $400 million in sales and controlled 23 manufacturing operations.

Mr. Janofsky is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a BA degree with honors, and also received his MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
