Andrew J. Einhorn
EVP and Chief Financial Officer

Andrew J. Einhorn possesses extensive experience in the health sciences industry where he has repeatedly demonstrated an ability to balance financial stewardship with corporate operating know how.  From mid-2005 to October 2007, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Esprit Pharma, Inc., a genito-urinary focused specialty pharmaceutical company.  At Esprit, he served as a central member of the Executive Management team in setting strategic direction, negotiating acquisitions, and securing financing.  He simultaneously prepared Esprit for a potential initial public offering while evaluating merger opportunities, the latter resulting in the sale of Esprit to Allergan for $370 in million in 2007.  Previously, he held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ESP Pharma where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial management and played a key role in executing the sale of that company in 2005 for over $500 million.  Earlier in his career, Andy held various positions in investment and commercial banking and public accounting, including Managing Director, Debt Capital Markets for Credit Lyonnais Securities; Managing Director for PNC Capital Markets, Vice President with Chase Securities and Senior Audit Accountant for Touche Ross & Co.

Mr. Einhorn was named CFO of Year by NJBIZ in 2010 for Best Growth Manager and by the New Jersey Technology Council in 2005 for Deal of the Year.   He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of The American University where he completed a double major in Finance and Accounting.
